Every day we take a breath from the busy work dayt to get a break and hang out with friends to talk about the world of Sports, Entertainment and specifically CrossFit. Today we open up talking about what happened at Penn State the last 3 weeks and where does that leave them. We got the Bears tonight and how I now hate Monday Night Games. CrossFit Events are at a CrossRoads with how to move forward in my opinion. Then we finish up where I am with my training.
