Speaking of cocktails, today Matthew is drinking a Passionate Fan while Ben is drinking a "The Guy" in Left Field. Recipes below.
Passionate Fan
- 2 oz Gin
- 3/4 oz Passionfruit Syrup (Small Hand Foods)
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/4 oz Lilet Blanc
- Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
"The Guy" in Left Field
- 1 1/2 oz Rye Whiskey
- 1/2 oz Cherry Heering Liqueur
- 3-4 oz Ginger Beer
- 1/4 Lime wedge
- Combine whiskey, cherry liqueur, and ginger in a high ball with ice. Squeeze in are quarter live wedge and dropped husk into glass!
