Every day we take a breath and a break from the work day to hang out with each other and Discuss the world of Sports, Entertainment and more specifically CrossFit. Today we discuss how I am not "real" Media. The TYR Cup announces its line-up for this years event and why are some left off. My favorite memories from this years CrossFit Games and then I still don't have any media information for the Master's Games, maybe we just hang? Either way I am going to have fun with my friends.
