Speaking of cocktails, today Ben is drinking a San Francisco 25 while Matthew is drinking a Black & Orange . Recipes below.
San Francisco 25
- 2 oz Gin
- 1 oz Grenadine
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 2-3 oz Sparkling White Wine
- Combine the gin, grenadine, and lemon juice in a shaker with ice. Shake until well chilled. Double strain into a champagne flute and top with the sparkling white wine.
Black & Orange
- 1 1/2 oz Bourbon
- 1/2 oz Grand Marnier
- 1/4 oz coffee liqueur
- 1/2 oz Amaro Nonino
- 1 dash black walnut bitters
- 1 dash chocolate bitters
- Orange twist for garnish
- Combine the bourbon, Grand Marnier, coffee liqueur, Amaro Nonino and bitters in a mixing glass with ice. Stir for 30 seconds. Express the orange twist over the glass and place in the glass.
