Every Sunday Night Carolyne Prevost, Jamie Latimer and Scott Switzer go through the weeks fitness news events to have a colaborative show with you the audience.  This week we wrap up the Open and talk about how Carolyne and Jamie both won thier age group, and finished very high in the elite division world wide.  We will talk about the WFP Qualifier events for Challengers, and look in on the leaderboard as the qualifier comes to an end.  We will also look at the sale of CrossFit and who has stated they want to purchase it.  Plus we will take questions from you for Jamie and Carolyne the Fittest 35-39 year old and the fittest 40-44 Year old woman in this year's CrossFit Open.
