Bittersweet ending to what's been a great week of Mets baseball. The win streak kept going Friday night with a huge extra-inning victory, but then we dropped the next two in San Diego. Francisco Lindor and Álvarez each stayed hot while David Peterson kept building on his solid stretch. Otherwise, we refelected on the first half, preview Pete Alonso in the Home Run Derby, and congratulate Kodai Senga on being named to the All-Star team!
