On the cocktail side of things Matthew is drinking a Corpse Reviver #2 while Ben is drinking a French 75. Recipes below.
Corpse Reviver
- 1 oz Gin
- 1 oz Dry Orange Curacao (Or Cointreau)
- 1 oz Cocci Americano (or Lillet Blanc)
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 2 Dashes of Absinthe
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for 12-15 seconds. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Enjoy!
French 75
- 2 oz Gin
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
- 3-4 oz Sparkling Wine
Add first three ingredients to a champagne flute. Take a few sips. Then add sparkling wine to top.
