Abbie Domit has just a couple years' experience with CrossFit under her belt, but after a couple Semifinals, she qualified for her first CrossFit Games.  We catch up with her to see how it all went down and how excited she is to get to Madison.  Abbie talks about the anxiety of the first event of each comp for her, How a word from a friend before the final event got her in the right mindset and then the flood of emotions when your name is called that you have qualified for the CrossFit Games.
