Lauren accomplished many amazing feats in the CrossFit world, but that all pales in comparison to what she accomplished in life. We tell her story here on the Clydesdale Media Podcast. Lauren met Bella when Bella was 9 months old and Lauren was 19, Bella's Dad was in the Military and going overseas, so Lauren married her dad, became Bella's Legal guardian and began the adoption process at age 20.  This is the beginning of a story with many twists and turns, that include divorce, prison, God, George and two more beautiful Daughters.  Now Lauren is a CrossFit Games Athlete as a member of CrossFit Believe and she has a few more chapters to write as part of her story.
