It's another Happy Hour! In this episode Matthew talks gin with his cocktail the Spice Trade. Ben plots the end of his Tiki journey while checking off a classic of the genre, the Hurricane.

Spice Trade

• 2 oz Gin
• 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
• 3/4 oz Cinnamon Simple Syrup
• 4-5 Basil Leaves

Add all ingredients to a shaker, lightly muddle the basil leaves add ice and shake for 10-12 seconds.

Hurricane

• 2 oz Dark Rum (Plantation Stiggins' Fancy Pineapple)
• 2 oz Light Rum (Probitas White Blended Rum)
• 1 oz Orange Juice
• 1 oz Passion Fruit Syrup
• 1/2 oz Lime Juice
• 1/2 oz grenadine

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Garnish with orange, lime and hibiscus flower in syrup (or candied cherry)
