Let’s supercharge your manifesting process! Building on the foundation of activating your Reticular Activating System (RAS), here’s an advanced step-by-step manifesting method with added layers of alignment, intention, and action for maximum manifestation power:


1. Get into Alignment with Your Desire

•Vibration Matching: Everything you desire vibrates at a specific frequency. You manifest by matching your energetic vibration to your goals.

•Practice: Do activities that make you feel joyful, abundant, and at peace. High vibrations attract high-vibration outcomes. Dance, meditate, laugh, or exercise—choose what lifts your mood.

•Ask Yourself: “If I had what I desired right now, how would I feel? What would I think or do?”


2. Use Future-Self Embodiment

•Become the version of you that already has your goal.

•Write a “day in the life” script of your dream self, vividly describing how your life feels and flows when you’ve already manifested your desire.

•Example: “I wake up in my dream house, feeling refreshed and full of gratitude. I check my messages, and new orders for my business have come in. My dream clients tell me how my work has changed their lives.”


Advanced Visualization: Before bed or in a deep meditation state, step into this future self like you’re walking into a new identity. Feel it as your reality.


3. Activate “Scripting Magic”

•Write your manifestations in the past tense as if they’ve already happened.

•Example: Instead of “I want to make £10k a month,” write, “I’m so grateful that I now make £10k a month doing what I love!” This primes your RAS and subconscious mind to believe it’s already true.


4. The Energy Clearing & Letting Go Process

•Release Resistance: Clear any energy blocks or limiting beliefs that oppose your desire. Use journaling or EFT (tapping) to process doubts like “What if it doesn’t happen?” or “I don’t deserve this.”

•Then declare, “I release all that no longer serves me and fully open to receiving.”


Letting Go Practice:

•Surrender to the universe. Say, “This or something better is already mine.” Trust that the “how” is not your job; focus on aligning and acting.


5. Quantum Leap Manifesting

•Write 10 powerful statements that affirm your desired reality and say them every morning with feeling.

•Example:

1.“I am a six-figure entrepreneur living in total alignment.”

2.“My dream life is unfolding effortlessly every day.”

3.“Opportunities flow to me like magic, and I act on them with ease.”


Pair these affirmations with deep breathing. Inhale confidence, exhale doubt.


6. Create Your Manifestation Ritual


Combine different techniques into a daily ritual that reinforces your focus:

•Morning Routine: Start with gratitude journaling, affirmations, and visualizations.

•Manifestation Meditation: Use binaural beats or specific manifestation meditations to get into a deep receiving state.

•Nighttime Journaling: Before bed, script 3 things that went well that align with your goals and what you’re excited to manifest next.
