On this episode of the Nine Finger Chronicles Podcast, Dan talks with Phil Kost of Indiana about scouting a new piece of property.  Phil picked up a new hunting property late last fall and never got the opportunity to scout it before he hunted it. 

The second the season was over, he hopped in the timber and walked "almost" every inch of the farm looking for the perfect treestand locations, how to acces them, and any terrain features that looked like they might concentrate deer movement.
