They say that cheating on your taxidermist is just as bad as cheating on your wife, or that's what today's guest says. On this episode of the the Nine Finger Chronicles, Dan talks with  the owner of Old Barn Taxidermy Sam Gaylord. Sam has been around the block a time or two and has experience in what feel like, just about everything. Sam talks about how he was introduced in to taxidermy through an ex-wife while he was running on of the largest archery shops in the state. 

Sam explains how important hearing the story about the hunt is to how the deer is mounted and how once completed, the mount is a work of art that symbolizes past memories. If you ever get the opportunity to chat Sam I highly recommend it.
