Mr. Annamalai started his career as a Management Consultant working for large consulting companies including Deloitte and then ventured out to start an IT staffing company. An entrepreneur at heart, he is always looking to add value, and his passion is in connecting people, real estate, creative finance, and optimizing tax efficiency. In addition to spending time on personal multifamily deals and syndication, he walks the walk and has invested in 6 multifamily syndications with other groups as a limited partner, totaling over 1000 doors.
