Five deep breaths

Here's an exercise I'd like you to try and maybe try it more than just right now, I'd like you to take five really deep breaths. Just be very aware of what's happening as you're breathing and breathe very deeply at the top of one of them. When your lungs are filled with air, maybe count to 10, what you're doing is actually expanding your lungs and pushing more air into your system. It's very healthy for your brain in your body. So do this today at least once and practice breathing deep. Very often during the week it will really help the way that your brain and your body functions. I love you. I'm Dan Clark.
