Because arts graduates didn’t have it hard enough already, a proposed merger between publishers may spell trouble for up-and-coming Canadian authors.

The UK will deem vehicle manufacturers responsible for the vehicle’s actions while driving, meaning the human co-driver will be free from liability in a crash.
