Today I am going to share with you what to do after a binge. I remember those days just feeling the instant regret that I gave in, that I did it again… I binged when I promised myself I wouldn't. I would feel so bloated, inflamed and disgusting in my own skin. And the guilt….was that ever hard to shake.

There's a LOT to work through after a binge so in this episode, I walk you through a 5 step process that will help you the next time you’ve just binged.
