When it comes to folklore surrounding a specific time in history, World War 2 could arguably be the pinnacle of dark history mixed with supernatural folklore. The Nazi’s, specifically the SS are said to have frequently studied and dabbled into the occult as well as various sects of witchcraft. One of the most notorious legends emerging from the end of WW2 was a top secret experiment known as “Die Glocke” (The Bell). This machine is said to be a device that could have completely changed modern physics and the entire outcome of World War 2 itself. Theories revolve around it being an anti gravity device, a supercharged particle accelerator, and even a time machine.
