Cody's unique tactic is that he has not used any bank loans, and he is a master of leveraging private capital to his advantage. Cody started his real estate career at just age 19, and now at age 22 has built an empire that puts him well on his way to reaching his long term goal of having over $10 billion in equity in his properties. Cody has an incredible perspective on real estate at such a young age and is worth a listen for anyone at any stage of their journey!
