Pat’s running in the August 23rd Democratic primary to fill the remaining four months of the District 19 seat formerly held by Lt Gov Antonio Delgado. He’s a West Point graduate, former Army Captain, entrepreneur and Ulster County Executive. He served two tours in Iraq and earned two Bronze Stars.
