Vocal coach and mental health first aider, Cat Ogden joins Bronwyn this week on Singing Teachers Talk to discuss the topics of well being and mental health. Cat’s studio specialises in singing for mental health and wellbeing and she is also studying for a masters where her research work focuses on adolescent mental health.

Cat Ogden trained at UCLan in Music Theatre and is currently studying for a Master’s in Voice Pedagogy with the Voice Study Centre. She specialises in teaching children and young adults, and in singing for mental health and well-being. Cat has a certificate in mental health first aid, vocal health first aid and has completed the BAST 20 hour course. She lives in Cheshire.
