Alex is a Canadian Afghanistan war veteran, entrepreneur and the creator of Alpha Veterans; a company that links CAF veterans with their often overlooked services and other veteran friendly businesses across Quebec and Canada. 

Alex and I met recently after a post he made inviting me to a Veteran services fair and we immediately hit it off and realized we were actually in the same platoon on pre-training for Afghanistan.

His passion is evident, having been injured himself while on deployment, he realized taking pills and isolating himself was only going to lead him to darker places, so he took action and got off his opiates and started his company, Alpha Veterans
