Liz's first son, Harrison, was born still on October 20, 2021.  Liz talks about the changes she's making in her workplace to receive recognition for bereavement and stillbirth rather than if she had a living child.  She does things with a senes of humor and strong outlook on how to handle grief and who she is now.
