I like most new car dealers....partly because I AM ONE and because most are good, honest businessmen and women trying to run a business. BUT, there are some bandits out there and they give all car dealers a bad name. Sometimes it's just some bad characters who work for good dealers (there are bad apples in every bunch).
So, what is an innocent car shopper to do?
Some pundits are calling for the end of the current dealer/factory model and going to direct sales like Tesla.
