What is a buyer's advantage in a home seller's market?
That would have to do with some of the "offered" options that a home buyer may get when asking a home seller via their agents. In some cases, upfront negotiation, when working with a true real estate professional, can equate to a home buyer getting closing costs paid or maybe some of the seller's personal items included in the sale at no additional cost. Some of the biggest issues in today's market is the removal of contingencies for the home buyer right out of the chute when wanting to make the opening offer on the Santa Clarita home for sale.
I have not made peace with this action within the real estate world. I have seen where that results in the home buyer sacrificing their entire deposit which can be a home buying killer at the ninth degree. Therefore, before you give up any of your contractual rights when making an offer on a home to purchase, you need to have all explained to you and you need to understand 100%.
