Al Rangel recently set out on his own to start Class 5, a competitive team based in Southern, CA. Al is one of the best climbing coaches in America, if not the world, and chances are you’ve worked with him if you are a competitor.
In this episode Al shows us how he thinks about creating the best athletes possible. You will get an inside look into how national champions train and where competitions are going. Al didn’t hold anything back in this episode and you can hear Josh and Tim’s minds explode at least once or twice.
