The boys return from their brief respite during the All-Star break and are in high spirits as the Minnesota Twins sweep the Tigers in their two-game series in Detroit. Meanwhile the White Sox and Guardians split a four-game series giving the Twins a 3-game lead in the AL Central. The guys discuss the HR Derby and All-Star game results and Dan concedes that if players are going to be mic'd up, the All-Star game is the only place it should be allowed. David wants to know if the Twins should have had Buxton get his injection prior to the All-Star game so he'd be ready for this series, and Dan is on the edge of his seat waiting to see what's next for Miguel Sano as his 20-day rehab comes to a close. The guys discuss the HOF inductions of Olivia, Kaat, and Ortiz, and reflect on the crazy 28 runs the Blue Jays put up against the Red Sox at Fenway. Thanks for listening, and as always, go Twins!
