Jim Piper's guest today is Kenny Alonzo, the Executive Director of Rocketown. Rocketown is a ministry founded by contemporary Christian music artist Michael W. Smith and located in Nashville Tennessee. The ministry engages youth through attraction-based facilities and programs like the Sixth Avenue Skatepark, live music and event venue, dance classes, recording studios and a coffee shop just to name a few of their offerings. Jim and Kenny discuss the mission of Rocketown, what it's like to lead a youth ministry, how a non-profit organization like this is funded and future plans to bring Rocketown to a city near you!
