The Minnesota Twins managed only one victory in their four-game home series against the Chicago White Sox. The boys are disappointed as the Twins now head into the All-Star break only 2 games ahead of the Cleveland Guardians and only 3 games ahead of the Chicago White Sox. The guys discuss the failures on both sides of the ball throughout the series, as well as the pitching needs that must be addressed by the front office at the trade deadline. The boys try and find the silver lining in a very gloomy series by reflecting on the solid performances by Byron Buxton and Jorge Polanco. Dan wants to know if the upcoming stretch of off days between the All-Star break and weird scheduling will be helpful to the Twins, and David wants to know if this team is better with Chris Archer or Josh Winder in the rotation. In Herbie's Headlines Dan talks his second-choice team Mariners historic win-streak, and the boys make their picks for the upcoming Tigers series. Thanks for listening, and as always, go Twins!
