The SCOTUS blocked a New York law shuttering religious services and Joe Biden wants to slap a $400 tax on "assault rifles" all while States are in the process of creating new lockdowns. If this wasn't a time for thinking locally and acting locally, I don't know when would be better. A friend of mine has a local solution for the small business pandemic. Details inside.
