Happy Monday guys wow it’s been a hot few days up north
Today is a total reflection on why FOMO (fear of missing out ) can create un necessary stress in our lives.  Are we constantly following the rat race and in total fear of our businesses if we don’t follow what others do ?

Halt them brakes and take a chill,  be mindful on a regular basis and make sure you are aligned to what you represent. 

Overwhelm is overwhelming and we don’t have time or the head space to deal with it all.   Our minds are fragile we need to preserve them.

How do you practice mindfulness ? mine is active mindfulness
