His career spanned 40 years at the studio working on such hits as WIZARD OF OZ (1939) with Judy Garland, BEN HUR (1959) with Charlton Heston, BEN HUR - A TALE OF THE CHRIST (1925) with Ramon Novarro, FORBIDDEN PLANET (1956), and well over 400 other titles.
