How do you achieve monk-like consistency and discipline when doing outreach, or an activity in business you don’t enjoy? How do we consistently do the things we resist doing and want to avoid?That’s the million dollar question.

In today’s video, I attempt to answer it.  I say attempt, since it’s a big question and my answer may not be 100% right - I can only share what’s worked for me and how I’ve built a business with consistent action in the face of the pain and the work.
