Description

In the episode, "The Provocative Vision of Artist Andy Golub: His Process and Message in a Literal World (S4, E8)," New York City artist Andy Golub, bodypainter, and founder of the non-profit foundation Human Connection Arts, shares his artistic process and how his art has developed. Starting out as an artist looking to make his mark, Andy eventually discovered bodypainting and took it to a higher level, bringing hundreds of people together at once through efforts  like his Bodypainting Days across the country and internationally.

His non-profit, Human Connection Arts, encapsulates Andy's message--spreading love of art through human connection. In holding many "art happenings" throughout New York City from his Protest of Divisiveness to Chalk Art Day to his latest venture in Naked Theater, for years, Andy has  created his art with the drive to start an authentic conversation. In following both inspiration and frustration into creating art, he allows both his heart and head to lead him to continue expressing himself into new realms.
