For this week’s episode, we welcomed US Olympian, Hillary Bor, to the podcast. Hillary represented Team USA at the Rio and Tokyo games in the steeplechase and he recently won this year’s US trials for the Eugene World Champs. He’s got PB’s of 8:08 for the 3000SC and 13:10 in the 5000 and we spoke to him about his career so far; from his upbringing in Kenya, to training in the US Army’s WCAP programme, and everything in-between.
