A few corrections:

• Around minute 21, Geraldine mentions she’s afraid of birds, she meant BEARS not birds.
• At one point Geraldine mentions "that she's the only brown person", and she wanted to clarify that she was referring to when she goes birding at local hotspots, as she feels there is a lack of diversity in her local birding community.

Wood Duck
Ingredients
1 oz agave nectar or simple syrup
½ oz absinthe
1 oz whiskey
1 oz lime juice
3 oz chilled water
Ice
Garnish with a lime twist and maraschino cherry

Directions
1.    Fill a rocks glass halfway with ice
2.    Add in absinthe, whiskey, lime juice, water, and nectar
3.    Slightly stir
4.    Garnish with that lime twist and maraschino cherry
