Guys I’ve joined a gym whoop

The effects of released oxygen, dopamine, endorphins that has a positive and scientific result on our mindset, or cardiovascular, or cognitive function and long term motor skills 

Exercise can also lead to forming new friendships and better eating habits.  Reducing emotional  eating or low moods is out number one focus in this current climate
