I'm back in Local 37. CBA language is finalized, going to be voted on soon. Can't say much, but it is likely going to be good for those that are not red circled.
Probably should thank L38 for failing to acheive an monetary agreement, and choosing to go through mediated settlement. Everyone else was able to get what was mediated.
