In this episode I interviewed Rynn Burkett and Meg Hayden. Rynn and Meg are both current students in the Inner Peace Yoga Therapy Certification program. They are doing some amazing work in the world and we wanted to spotlight that a bit on the podcast. Specifically, and among other things, they are working with teenage boys in group homes or jails, some of whom are in recovery, and they are offering group yoga therapy.
