Since joining Imperium over a year ago, Zach has scaled his ecommerce agency to 15 team members. He started with 2. Using our Program he’s been able to scale and grow multiple teams, training different team members with the Program & leveraging our appointment booking systems to get more clients.

I just finished recording a client interview where I sat down with Zach (virtually) to explore this change and how he’s accomplished it with Imperium.
