In today’s episode, we’ll be talking to Franck Adende from Vegan Tourist Paris. Franck is a Paris native who has been vegan for five years. He studied architecture but he has decided to focus a lot of energy on helping propel veganism forward in his city. Franck is extremely knowledgeable about the vegan scene in Paris and he is helping visitors to Paris with the production of his amazing Vegan Paris Maps. Yes, real maps and he even has a vegan city food tour with a twist. You’ll have to keep listening to learn more about this fun activity that will help you discover the history and the food of Paris.
Now, listeners to this podcast might know that we have had episodes on Paris before and if you listened last week, you will know we talked about France as well. But this episode is different and a little bit exciting because the vegan scene has really changed since we were last there in 2019. There have been a few closures and also some exciting additions to the vegan scene and Franck is going to tell you all about them to make your next visit to Paris so much fun!
