On today’s podcast, I had Matt Onofrio! If you don’t know Matt, you need to! This guy from 0 to over $100 million in net worth in just three years! It’s absolutely crazy, but true! He’s shown me his bank account to prove it! This guy is legit and is killing the game! He has a unique way of investing in real estate that you never hear people talking about. He is doing triple net leases. Now, as someone in commercial real estate right now buying apartments, what Matt is doing seems like a far easier opportunity and a safer opportunity due to how triple net leases work.
