Growing up in an Italian family Laura Baratto (Matt Moran Restaurants) had a strong connection to produce and food from a young age. Not really enjoying school she left to pursue a career in food and before lone landed an apprenticeship at Aria. Rising the ranks in multiple Matt Moran restaurants, she now finds herself in the dream role of group executive chef overseeing an array of different venues.
