Lord Bethell was the Minister for Innovation in the Department of Health and Social Care during the pandemic, and on the front line in the fight against covid, an experience that made him even more determined to champion health for all.

In this fascinating interview we talk to James about the current obesity epidemic, the steps that are being taken and need to be taken, and his own passion for wild swimming.
