As a movement educator for more than 30 years, Tami has focused on yoga and pilates. She is the founder of Studio T pilates, a 200-hour yoga instructor, a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor, holds a BA and MA in education, and is the creator of Trauma-Informed Movement.  She takes a holistic approach to movement with breathing, the nervous system, and the brain body connection.
