Description
After another Mercedes dominated qualifying, it looked as though the Silver Arrows were going to win the Italian Grand Prix with ease. A couple of safety cars and a red flag changed what looked like another routine victory for Mercedes and produced an exiting and memorable finish.
Also, Ferrari struggled again with Vettel retiring with a brake issue and Charles LeClerc crashing heavily at the famous Parabolica bend. It was Ferrari's first double DNF at their home race in 25 years, and another race to forget for the famous team.
