Stop Running Into the Same Obstacles Each Week- How to Identify Your Pain Points & SOLVE Them!

Season 1 Episode 199 Published 4 years, 3 months ago
Description

They say the definition of insanity is doing the same things repeatedly and expecting different results... YET, I often find myself in the same "pickle" week after week. Why is it ALWAYS Thursday that I don't get my planned dinner on the table and have to do a "cereal dinner" instead? Why is it that I get all my workouts in earlier in the week but each Friday am scrambling to find time at end of the day to get it in before I get to hang out with my husband.

We need to face these "pain points" or recurring obstacles head-on and rather than assume we just need to "try harder," ACTUALLY come up with a plan or alternate route to get us on the track we want to be on. Could I just actually plan a crock pot dinner for each Thursday so I stop feeling guilty that I blow it week after week? These are the solutions we'll talk through today and I hope you can walk away from this episode with some ideas to make your days and weeks run more smoothly!
