Ageism, in general, is so detrimental but when it comes to sexuality, it can shut you down. It can prevent you from enjoying pleasure during each and every stage of your life. It holds you back with limiting beliefs like “I am too old for…” which by the way are almost never true.
In this episode I will share with you my perspective on aging. Aging doesn’t need to be gloom and doom, in fact, your sexual life keeps getting more interesting and sassy, if you allow yourself to embody pleasure and sensuality throughout your life.
Being youthful is a type of energy and it is attractive, and you, my friend, can cultivate it through pleasure.
