Basic Speedcap Rules

With 5 minutes on the clock, the speedcapper will have to run through the synopsis of a game as fast as they can. The reviewer has a checklist of topics and things the speedcapper must cover in that time. In the end, we'll tally the score and see where the speedcapper finished.
