Sam says she aims to “Give women back the confidence to live the life they want to live.” helping them to “Get their Sparkle back”. Sam tells us we don’t have to go to the gym to get our energy back and should think of exercising in bitesize blocks not in hours. Our bodies change around 40 years old and it is harder for us to keep our muscles and body strength to enable us to keep doing what we love, Sam gives us some simple exercises that we can do to keep our bodies moving.
